Lorri was instrumental in helping us figure out what we actually wanted and needed in Florida. We have never been Florida homeowners before and thought we needed to be on direct access water with a dock. After a conversation with her, we determined what things were actually most important for us as primary residents in Michigan and part-time in Florida. We are not from the State of Florida. We are from Massachusetts. Not knowing any agents in the area we simply looked at properties. Fortunately the properties we searched for led us to Lorri Bruno. My wife and I reviewed over 400 properties in the Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples region. We reduced it to 25. We flew down in late April 2018 to visit these 25. I can't say enough good things about Lorri. From the time she took on our listing, all the way up to, and after the closing, she gave us her complete dedication. She helped us find a handyman to do some minor repairs, in preparation for showing the home. She also provided items to do some staging. She brought us multiple offers within a very short period of time. And, when the sale closed she helped get rid of our furniture. We live out of state, and without her willingness to go the extra mile for us, it would have been a stressful experience. She's a wonderful person, and a great real estate agent.
